RyCass Remodel and Restoration has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka to support our community through the donation of construction materials, supplies, cabinets and appliances. Habitat for Humanity has a Deconstruction Team that will work directly with RyCass Remodel at the beginning of our projects to assist in the safe removal of items.
“This is an exciting opportunity to support the community we live and work in,” said RyCass owner Dan Stewart. “We look forward to working with Habitat for Humanity.”
2013-2014 data according to Habitat for Humanity, they served 14 new families with 18 adults and 30 children. The community wide impact was more than $14.8 million reinvested, over $92,000 in local taxes paid by Habitat homeowners in 2013. Donated goods to Habitat kept more than 923 tons of debris out of landfills. You can learn more by visiting their website at www.HabitatSeminoleApopka.org.
